My kiddo also knows thatI’m an author . He ’s expect through my books and care the picture but he does n’t find the content all that interesting . Yet , I know he ’s concerned in the environs because he asked me A LOT of questions and he expend a great stack of metre with me out in nature . We garden together , he helps me tend the worms in the vermicompost bin , and we visit with the insects , birds , and wildlife that look in our garden .
Just a few day ago he came running to me saying , “ mamma ! mommy ! There ’s a white Anglo-Saxon Protestant in the bathtub ! ” I give out lead into the bathroom to capture and release the white Anglo-Saxon Protestant , but I run across that it was already all in . Then , I looked at my son ’s font and saw how sad he was . This awesome kid did n’t come scat out of fear , he came die hard to distinguish me that one of our outside friends had passed away . We ’ve kept the wasp with our collection of insects so we can continue to enjoy and pick up about them .
A few years ago we give ear the climate marching here in Vancouver . I tried to explain to him at the time why we were doing it but it was a large concept for his age . Even still , the human action of marching with sign made an wallop on him . A few geezerhood later on , we were walking and talk about the quandary of bee . He suggested we make signs so the people know to protect the bee and we butt on with those sign around our neighborhood .
